The Stonegate Country Club is located at 919 Lake Blvd. in Davis  CA 95616. 

 

Stonegate is a unique residential community of homes, condominiums and apartments. The focal point of the neighborhood is a 2.3-acre private Club maintained by the Stonegate Master Association. Founded in 1969, the Club sits next to the 17 acre Stonegate Lake. Amenities include six tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, a fitness center,  recreation field, picnic areas and a basketball court. The 4,000 square foot Clubhouse was remodeled in 2004 and is used for weddings, parties and other special events. Members also enjoy using the pool table, playing ping pong and using the Club’s boats on the lake.

The Club organizes members-only events to promote a sense of community and just to have fun. Events include an annual 4th of July Picnic, holiday parties, the Artfest and Crab Feed.

 

Stonegate is the home of the Stonegate Tennis Academy, a separate company managed by Lukas Burger. The academy offers tennis lessons for players of all ages and abilities. Lessons are open to both members and non-members. 

 

The Club also organizes  a Sailing Camp, an eight-week summer program, offered in one-week segments, which teaches young people to sail. The class is designed for those 8 to 16 years of age. This program is also open to members and non-members.

 

We are fortunate to have the Westlake Plaza Shopping Center in our community which features a full service grocery store and several restaurants and service businesses.

Stonegate Country Club Membership  numbers 970 and is limited to the owners of  designated properties within the community. Homeowners living on Lake Blvd, or west of Lake Blvd, are included in the Stonegate community. Additionally, the owners of homes north of Tiber Avenue are also included. There are seven apartment complexes within the Stonegate community that have an option for membership. These complexes include: Stonegate Village, The Trees, Portage Bay, Clubside, Lakeshore, Eastlake and The Willows. There are a total of 96 memberships reserved for residents of the apartments. Residents of these complexes should contact their apartment managers regarding usage.

 

All affairs at Stonegate are governed by the Stonegate Master Association which is  recognized by the State of California as a private, non-profit homeowners association. A seven-member Board of Directors meets monthly to review the budget, Club policies and other matters. The mission of the Board is to assure affordable social and recreational opportunities for all members while protecting and enhancing their investment.
