Attention Home owners

We would like to remind all of the homeowners

in the Stonegate Community about the

impor tance of the Architectural Review

process. Our rules and regulations require

that homeowners obtain written approval

before remodeling or painting the exterior

of their home. The homeowner is required

to submit plans or paint samples prior to

beginning work on the project. The simple

approval process takes about two weeks.

If you have questions about this important

process please call our manager, Steve Lillya

at 756-2285.

Automatic Bank Payments

As you know, the dues have increased from

$114.00 per quarter to $123.00 per quarter. If

you have your payments set-up through your

bank on an auto-pay system, you will have to

adjust the amount to be paid. We thank you for

your attention to this detail.

Do You Have Fruit Trees?

Village Harvest is a nonprofit volunteer organization

that harvests extra fruit from backyard

trees, and then passes the fruit along to local

charities to feed the hungry.

Village Harvest is looking for tree owners who          Donate your Fruit - it's a community effort

have a large amount of fruit or who need help

harvesting their trees. Homeowners can keep

the fruit they can use and donate the remainder.

Local recipients of the fruit donations

include: Davis Community Meals and Short

Term Emergency Aid Committee (STEAC).

To offer the fruit from your tree(s) as a tax

deductible contribution please visit www.villageharvest.

org to sign up online or contact

Village Harvest at (888) FRUIT 411 or locally

at (530) 759-9792.

To celebrate the spirit of “Cinco de Mayo” we

are planning a Mexican themed party on Saturday,

May 8th. We will partner with Chuy’s

Taqueria to provide a delicious Mexican Buffet

Dinner. The Club will provide festive decorations

and a cantina atmosphere. In addition

to dinner, each ticket will include one beverage

ticket (Margarita, beer, wine or soda)

The event kicks off at 6:00 pm with dinner

being served at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $10.00

for members and $13.00 for non-members.

Each household is limted to six guests.

Tickets are now on sale.

Sailing Class Registration

The Club will begin accepting registration forms for the summer sailing program starting April 1st. This summer

we will feature an eight week program starting the week of June 21st. Classes run Monday through Friday from

1:00 pm to 5:00pm. The popular Sailing Regatta is scheduled for August 5th and 6th. The cost for the class for

members is $100 per week, with the non-member fee set at $130. Registration forms are available at the Club.

We are excited to announce that we are working to obtain several used Laser sail boats. With the smaller 4.7sails

on the boats, it will be easier for beginning sailors. We hope these boats will add a new dimension to the program

allowing beginners more time at the tiller.

Mark and Shane Lillya will return to teach the class this summer.
